00 Panoramica del progetto

Ostrichpillow already had an established packaging system, but inconsistency between production batches was becoming difficult to manage. Different boxes within the same product family could show noticeable color differences, while slow delivery and unstable quality added further pressure. PackCCP focused on controlling the variables that affected repeatability—approved color references, in-process inspection, production discipline, and more stable order planning—rather than treating each carton or cylinder as an isolated job.

Same Brand—Different Colors

Products within the same series were supposed to share a consistent visual identity, but the previous packaging showed obvious color differences between different box styles and production runs.

Quality Problems Appeared Too Late

If quality is checked only after production is complete, colore, forming, or surface issues may already affect the full quantity. The client needed stronger control before defects could move into the next process.

Supply Had Become Unpredictable

Slow lead times and frequent price increases made packaging planning harder. Ostrichpillow needed a supplier that could offer more stable production quality, delivery support, and pricing behavior.

We treated color consistency as a production-control issue, not something that could be corrected only at final inspection.

Using Approved Color References Across Orders

PackCCP used the client’s approved color reference as the visual benchmark for mass production. Different packaging formats within the same series were checked against the same direction so the brand color would remain much more consistent across cylindrical boxes and other packaging styles.

Moving QC Into the Production Process

Inspection was carried out at multiple stages instead of waiting for finished goods. Semi-finished packaging had to pass internal checks before moving into the next production step, allowing color or workmanship issues to be identified earlier and reducing the risk of repeating the same problem across an entire batch.

Stabilizing Quality, Consegna, and Pricing Together

Experienced production staff and continuous QC were used to support more predictable output and lead times.
