Farbkonsistente Tubenverpackung für Straußenkissen-Schlaf & Wellness-Produkte

Spanish sleep and wellness brand Ostrichpillow needed more consistent packaging across multiple product lines. Its previous supplier struggled with delivery speed, color variation between different boxes, unstable quality, and frequent price increases. PackCCP introduced tighter color control and stage-by-stage production inspection to improve consistency across custom cylindrical packaging while keeping supply and pricing more predictable.

00 Projektübersicht

Ostrichpillow already had an established packaging system, but inconsistency between production batches was becoming difficult to manage. Different boxes within the same product family could show noticeable color differences, while slow delivery and unstable quality added further pressure. PackCCP focused on controlling the variables that affected repeatability—approved color references, in-process inspection, production discipline, and more stable order planning—rather than treating each carton or cylinder as an isolated job.

01 Die Herausforderungen

Same Brand—Different Colors

Products within the same series were supposed to share a consistent visual identity, but the previous packaging showed obvious color differences between different box styles and production runs.

Quality Problems Appeared Too Late

If quality is checked only after production is complete, Farbe, forming, or surface issues may already affect the full quantity. The client needed stronger control before defects could move into the next process.

Supply Had Become Unpredictable

Slow lead times and frequent price increases made packaging planning harder. Ostrichpillow needed a supplier that could offer more stable production quality, delivery support, and pricing behavior.

02 Unsere Lösungen

We treated color consistency as a production-control issue, not something that could be corrected only at final inspection.

Using Approved Color References Across Orders

PackCCP used the client’s approved color reference as the visual benchmark for mass production. Different packaging formats within the same series were checked against the same direction so the brand color would remain much more consistent across cylindrical boxes and other packaging styles.

Moving QC Into the Production Process

Inspection was carried out at multiple stages instead of waiting for finished goods. Semi-finished packaging had to pass internal checks before moving into the next production step, allowing color or workmanship issues to be identified earlier and reducing the risk of repeating the same problem across an entire batch.

Stabilizing Quality, Lieferung, and Pricing Together

Experienced production staff and continuous QC were used to support more predictable output and lead times. Gleichzeitig, PackCCP avoided unnecessary price changes under normal conditions, giving Ostrichpillow a more stable basis for planning repeat packaging orders across its expanding product range.

03 Wie wir das Projekt durchgeführt haben

Bühne

Was wir getan haben

Warum es wichtig war

Set the Color Reference

Was

Used the client-approved color sample as the common visual reference for related packaging styles and repeat production.

Warum

Created one consistent benchmark instead of judging each SKU independently.

Check During Production

Was

Inspected semi-finished packaging at key stages before allowing it to proceed to the next process.

Warum

Helped catch color and workmanship deviations before they could affect the full production quantity.

Compare Across SKUs

Was

Reviewed finished packaging from different product lines against the approved brand direction and related series.

Warum

Reduced visible differences between boxes that customers would see as part of the same brand family.

Maintain Repeat Stability

Was

Combined experienced production staff, ongoing QC, and more stable pricing and delivery planning for repeat orders.

Warum

Gave the client a more predictable packaging supply system rather than isolated one-off production batches.

04 Ergebnis & Kundenwert

Consistent Color—More Predictable Supply

Related Packaging Styles Maintained Much Closer Color Consistency Across the Product Range
Stage-by-Stage QC Reduced Reliance on Final Inspection Alone
Stable Production Experience Supported More Reliable Quality and Delivery
More Predictable Pricing Reduced Uncertainty Across Repeat Packaging Orders

Color was no longer treated as a final-print issue. By controlling it from the approved reference through semi-finished and finished production, related packaging could stay visually closer across different SKUs and repeat orders.
