Scarf Packaging for an Indonesian Premium Fashion Brand

An Indonesian premium fashion brand needed custom rigid boxes for scarves and accessories in multiple sizes. Through live packaging consultation, material matching, structural refinement, and multi-size sampling, PackCCP helped the client turn an initial packaging concept into approved physical samples ready for the next stage of production.

00  Project Overview

From Live Consultation to Approved Packaging Samples The project began during a live product presentation, where PackCCP showed the client different rigid box structures, paper materials, textures, finishes, and physical samples in real time. Because the brand sells scarves and accessories in different sizes, it needed more than one standard box. The goal was to develop a coordinated range of premium rigid packaging that could accommodate different products while maintaining a consistent brand presentation. After the live consultation, the project moved into material confirmation, alternative sourcing, multi-size sampling, dimensional adjustment, sample inspection, and international delivery.

01  The Challenges

Selected Material Unavailable

The material chosen during the live presentation was no longer available from stock. A suitable alternative had to match the original direction in color, texture, thickness, and overall appearance.

Multiple Sizes to Coordinate

The client needed packaging for both larger scarves and smaller accessories. Each size had to fit its product properly while maintaining a consistent premium look across the collection.

Samples Had to Feel Final

The client needed realistic samples before moving forward. Structure, internal sizing, material appearance, logo effect, and overall finishing all had to represent the expected final packaging as closely as possible.

02  Our Solutions

We kept the project moving by matching the closest available material and refining each box size around the actual product.

Matching the Closest Available Material

We checked supplier stock and shortlisted alternative papers based on color, texture, thickness, and surface appearance. Photos and videos were shared with the client so the replacement material could be reviewed and approved before sample production.

Refining Sizes for Different Products

Samples were developed for both scarf and accessory packaging. The larger scarf box was adjusted around the required internal dimensions, while smaller box options were compared side by side so the client could select the size with the best product presentation.

Building Samples for Final Evaluation

Each sample was checked for structure, material consistency, logo appearance, and overall finish before shipment. The completed samples were securely packed and delivered to Indonesia, giving the client a realistic basis for final packaging approval and the next purchasing decision.

03  How We Executed the Project

Stage

What We Did

Why it Mattered

Live Consultation

what

Presented rigid box structures, paper materials, textures, finishes and physical samples in real time, then confirmed the packaging needs for scarves and accessories in different sizes.

why

The client could see and touch the options before deciding, which turned an initial concept into a clear, coordinated packaging direction.

Material Matching & Structure

what

Found that the paper chosen during the presentation was out of stock, so we shortlisted alternatives by color, texture, thickness and surface appearance, and shared photos and videos for approval.

why

An approved substitute kept the original look and kept sampling on schedule.

Multi-Size Sampling & Refinement

what

Developed samples for both scarf and accessory boxes, adjusted the larger scarf box to its required internal dimensions, and compared smaller box options side by side.

why

Each size fit its product properly while the whole range kept a consistent premium look, and the client could choose the best presentation.

Inspection & Delivery

what

Checked every sample for structure, material consistency, logo appearance and finish, then packed the samples securely and shipped them to Indonesia.

why

Realistic samples gave the client a reliable basis for final approval, and approval led directly to a purchase order.
