From Live Consultation to Approved Packaging Samples The project began during a live product presentation, where PackCCP showed the client different rigid box structures, المواد الورقية, textures, التشطيبات, and physical samples in real time. Because the brand sells scarves and accessories in different sizes, it needed more than one standard box. The goal was to develop a coordinated range of premium rigid packaging that could accommodate different products while maintaining a consistent brand presentation. 01 The Challenges

The client needed packaging for both larger scarves and smaller accessories. Each size had to fit its product properly while maintaining a consistent premium look across the collection.

We kept the project moving by matching the closest available material and refining each box size around the actual product.

Matching the Closest Available Material

We checked supplier stock and shortlisted alternative papers based on color, نَسِيج, سماكة, and surface appearance. Photos and videos were shared with the client so the replacement material could be reviewed and approved before sample production.

Refining Sizes for Different Products

Samples were developed for both scarf and accessory packaging. The larger scarf box was adjusted around the required internal dimensions, while smaller box options were compared side by side so the client could select the size with the best product presentation.

Building Samples for Final Evaluation

Each sample was checked for structure, material consistency, logo appearance, and overall finish before shipment. The completed samples were securely packed and delivered to Indonesia, giving the client a realistic basis for final packaging approval and the next purchasing decision.
