00 Обзор проекта

The client approached PackCCP while preparing packaging for a new hair care product line. The initial direction was a simple mailer box with an insert, but several details still needed to be resolved before production—including the internal fit, final color appearance, and the cost of the finished packaging. Rather than moving directly from artwork to production, we used physical product fitting and sampling to confirm the packaging step by step before the first order was placed.

Keeping the Packaging Within a Practical Startup Budget

The client wanted the packaging to feel considered and professional, but the first production run still had to remain financially practical. Adding unnecessary structure or finishing would have increased cost without necessarily improving the packaging experience.

Getting the Insert Fit Right

The physical product was not available at our factory at the beginning of the project. Without checking the actual bottle, relying only on dimensions could result in an insert that was too loose, too tight, or awkward when removing the product.

Matching the Brand Color in Print

The client wanted the packaging to stay close to the soft color direction of the product and overall visual identity. Because printed paper and the product surface reproduce color differently, the final result needed to be reviewed through physical samples rather than judged only from artwork on screen.

We kept the structure straightforward and used physical testing to confirm the details that could not be judged reliably from artwork alone.

Simplifying the Packaging Structure

PackCCP reviewed the project around the client’s budget and kept the packaging structure focused on what was actually needed: a clean mailer box, a fitted insert, and a presentation suitable for an emerging hair care brand. This avoided adding unnecessary packaging features while still giving the product a complete branded presentation.

Using the Actual Product to Confirm the Insert

Before finalizing the internal structure, we arranged for the physical product to be sent to our factory. The team checked the actual dimensions and product position inside the box before refining the insert. This gave us a more reliable fit than working from measurements alone and allowed the client to review how the product would sit inside the finished packaging.

Comparing Physical Samples Before Production

Different sample effects were prepared so the client could compare color, презентация, and overall appearance in a real box rather than relying only on digital artwork. Photos and videos were shared during the sampling process, and the approved sample direction became the reference for mass production.
