MADINAH DELIGHTS needed premium packaging for high-end Saudi dates sold into the Korean market. The project combined a detailed drawer-box structure, multiple decorative processes, and artwork that still required production-side refinement. 00 Visão geral do projeto

MADINAH DELIGHTS was not looking for a basic food carton. Its premium dates were sold into the Korean market, so the packaging needed enough visual detail and finishing quality to support a gift-oriented product positioning. Ao mesmo tempo, the supplied artwork still required production-side adjustments. PackCCP therefore had to manage two jobs together: prove that the physical box could meet the required quality level, and help convert the client’s design into artwork that could be produced reliably.

01 Os desafios

Premium Food Product Needed a More Refined Box

The dates were positioned at the higher end of the market, so ordinary printed packaging would not support the intended presentation. The box involved multiple visual and structural details that all needed to look controlled in the finished product.

More Processes Meant More Quality Risks

When a package combines several decorative and structural elements, small deviations become much easier to notice. Alignment, corte, dobrável, gráficos, and final assembly all needed to work together rather than being judged separately.

The Artwork Was Not Yet Production-Ready

The client had a visual direction, but the artwork still required assistance before it could move safely into manufacturing. Design intent had to be preserved while correcting details that could create production problems.

We used the physical sample to prove manufacturing quality first, then worked backward through the artwork details that could affect the finished box.

Proving the Quality Through a Real Sample

Before asking the client to commit to production, PackCCP produced a physical sample so MADINAH DELIGHTS could evaluate the real structure, print presentation, qualidade de acabamento, and overall gift-box effect. This gave the client a much clearer reference than drawings or digital visuals alone.

Refining Artwork for Actual Production

Our design team supported the client in adjusting artwork details that needed to work with the real box structure. Instead of treating the design file as fixed, we checked how graphics would interact with folds, linhas de corte, visible panels, and the assembled package, helping reduce avoidable issues before production.

Controlling a Detail-Heavy Packaging Project

Because the box contained multiple processes and visual elements, the project was handled as a complete packaging system rather than a simple print job. Estrutura, obra de arte, decorative effects, and final presentation were reviewed together so the finished packaging could maintain the premium positioning required for export to Korea.
