00 Aperçu du projet

The client needed a coordinated packaging set for a beauty product sold through Amazon. The project included a custom cylinder tube, envelope, and paper card, with PackCCP handling the different components as one order. Beyond producing the packaging itself, the client also needed support with assembly and storage. This made consistency especially important—each item had to match the approved design and be ready for the next packing stage without creating additional work for the client.

01 Les défis

Matching Color Across Different Packaging Pieces

The cylinder tube was the main visual part of the packaging, while the envelope and printed card completed the set. The finished pieces needed to look consistent when placed together, so color approval before mass production was important.

Making Sure the Envelope Stayed Sealed

The envelope closure was a practical concern. If the adhesive was not strong enough, the envelope could open after packing or during delivery, which could affect the customer experience and lead to negative feedback on the client’s Amazon store.

Keeping Several Packaging Items Moving Together

The cylinder tubes, enveloppes, and cards were produced through different processes, but they still had to be ready for inspection and assembly at the right time. One delayed or rejected item could hold up the next step.

We treated the cylinder, envelope, and paper card as one packaging set and added clear checks before each item moved to the next stage.

Confirming Color Before Full Production

Before mass printing, the client approved the color first. Production followed the approved reference, and the finished cylinder tubes were checked again to make sure the printed color stayed consistent with what had been confirmed.

Testing the Envelope Seal Before Shipment

The envelopes were not approved based on appearance alone. Samples were taken before shipment to check the adhesive strength and confirm that the seal stayed closed properly. Only after the test passed were they cleared for the next step.

Inspecting All Components Before Assembly

Après la production, the packaging components were checked before assembly. The cylinder tubes, enveloppes, and paper cards had to pass inspection before being combined into the final packaging set. This reduced the chance of finding printing or functional issues after assembly had already started.
