Packaging Nuevo producto TECHNI GLASS para accesorios de protección Montaje más rápido

TECHNI GLASS had developed a new product but had not yet defined how it should be packed. PackCCP turned the physical product into a complete custom mailer packaging system, comparing three structural directions before combining corner protection, a dedicated accessory insert, and a simple assembly sequence that balanced protection with packing efficiency.

00 Descripción general del proyecto

TECHNI GLASS had a newly developed product but no established packaging concept. The box needed to do more than survive transportation: it had to secure the main unit, organize multiple accessories, avoid surface contact between components, and remain simple enough for efficient packing during production. PackCCP therefore began with the physical product itself and developed the packaging structure around both protection and assembly workflow.

01 Los desafíos

No Packaging Structure to Start From

The client had developed the product first and packaging second. There was no existing structure to refine, so the outer box, internal protection, accessory placement, and packing sequence all had to be defined from the ground up.

Main Unit and Accessories Needed Different Protection

The machine required firm positional protection, while smaller accessories needed their own organized storage area. Packing everything at the same level could create rubbing, scratches, or inefficient use of space.

Protection Could Not Slow Down Assembly

A complex insert can protect well but become expensive to assemble. The final structure therefore needed to be intuitive and fast for workers to pack repeatedly without adding unnecessary labor.

02 Nuestras soluciones

We designed the packaging as a packing sequence: secure the machine first, separate the accessories, then make the whole system easy to assemble repeatedly.

Comparing Three Structural Directions Before Finalizing the Box

After receiving the physical product, PackCCP developed three packaging structures for comparison rather than starting directly with one assumed solution. The recommended direction used a display-style mailer structure that offered practical access while providing enough internal volume for the main unit and its accessory system.

Separating Protection by Function

The final interior did not rely on one universal insert. EPS corner protectors were used to secure the four corners of the main product, while an EPE foam layer above the machine created dedicated spaces for the accessories. This kept smaller parts organized and reduced the chance of accessories rubbing against or scratching the main unit.

Designing for Faster Packing as Well as Transit Protection

The internal components were arranged so workers could place the machine, corner protection, accessory layer, and parts in a straightforward sequence. After the structure was confirmed, PackCCP produced a complete packaging sample set and carried out load-bearing and transport-related tests before sending it for client evaluation.

03 Cómo ejecutamos el proyecto

Escenario

lo que hicimos

Por qué importaba

Start With the Product

qué

Received the physical product and reviewed its size, main protection areas, accesorios, and intended packing requirements.

por qué

Allowed the structure to be developed around the real product instead of forcing it into a standard insert.

Compare Three Structures

qué

Created three packaging directions and recommended the structure that best balanced access, protección, internal space, and assembly.

por qué

Gave the client a clear structural choice before investing in the complete sample system.

Build the Packing Sequence

qué

Combined corner protection for the main unit with a separate upper insert for accessories and arranged the components in a simple packing order.

por qué

Protected different components according to their actual needs while reducing packing complexity.

Test the Complete Pack

qué

Produced the full packaging sample and carried out load-bearing and transport-related testing before sending the package for evaluation.

por qué

Helped verify that the assembled system could perform as one complete package rather than as separate materials.

04 Resultado & Valor del cliente

One Packaging System for Product Accessories Assembly

The final solution was designed as more than a box. Main-unit protection, accessory storage, packing sequence, and handling efficiency were developed together as one packaging system.
