00 Projektübersicht

Fast-growing Australian restaurant brand needed custom takeaway packaging that could support daily store use, changing campaign visuals, and repeat orders without pushing costs beyond a practical level. PackCCP helped test different production methods, refine color and structure, prepare for tight delivery schedules, and establish a more stable packaging solution for ongoing food-service operations.

01 Die Herausforderungen

Balancing Cost and Brand Impact

With packaging used in high daily volumes, cost had a direct effect on every order. The solution still needed to look clean and strongly branded without relying on a production method that pushed pricing beyond the client’s target.

Maintaining Campaign Color Accuracy

Different products and collaborations required different color directions. Logo-Platzierung, background colors, and final formed appearance all needed to stay visually consistent with the approved brand direction.

Meeting a Fixed Delivery Schedule

Packaging delays could affect store operations and campaign launches. Produktion, Inspektion, Verpackung, and shipment preparation all had to be planned around the required delivery timeline.

02 Unsere Lösungen

We focused on finding a production method that could balance brand presentation, practical food-service use, kosten, and delivery speed.

Testing a More Cost-Effective Production Method

Instead of applying one standard process, PackCCP reviewed the client’s budget and tested different production options. Papier, Druckeffekt, folding performance, Logo-Position, and final bag forming were evaluated together so the packaging could stay visually aligned with the brand while moving closer to the target cost.

Validating Color, Struktur, and Daily Usability

Vor der Massenproduktion, new packaging was tested under practical conditions. We checked whether bags could stand correctly, folds remained stable, printed graphics aligned after forming, colors followed the approved direction, and the structure worked for everyday takeaway, Verpackung, Lagerung, and transport.

Planning Production Around the Delivery Deadline

Because timing was critical, production details were confirmed earlier and workflow steps were arranged to reduce waiting between processes. Shipment documentation was also prepared before production was fully completed, while finished goods were checked for printing, Kleber, Form, Menge, und Verpackungszustand vor der Freigabe.
