00 Project Overview

Australian organic skincare brand needed a more flexible packaging partner for multiple beauty product lines. Because many products used non-standard sizes, each structure had to be developed around the actual product rather than a standard box template. PackCCP supported the project from product measurement and dieline development through blank and digital sampling, artwork checking, production follow-up, quality inspection, storage coordination, and split shipments.

01 The Challenges

Non-Standard Product Fit

Many products had unique bottle shapes, dimensions, and cap heights. Physical products had to be measured accurately before PackCCP could develop box dimensions, folding positions, and structures that fit correctly.

Frequent Artwork Changes

The client updated packaging designs several times. Barcode placement, text direction, logos, color areas, and folding lines all needed to be rechecked before sampling or production.

Multi-PO Delivery Control

Different purchase orders followed different production and shipment schedules. Each batch required separate tracking, inspection, packing, storage coordination, and delivery control before shipment to Australia.

We combined product-based structural development with controlled sampling, artwork verification, and batch-by-batch order management.

Developing Packaging Around Real Products

After receiving the products in China, our engineering team measured each item and created custom dielines around the actual dimensions. Blank samples were produced first so the client could confirm product fit, opening style, folding positions, and overall proportions before printed artwork was introduced.

Validating Structure and Artwork Before Production

Once the structure was approved, we shared dielines, photos, and videos with the client’s design team. Returned artwork was checked for barcode position, text direction, logo placement, color areas, and folding accuracy. Digital samples were then produced so the client could review the printed appearance before mass production.

Managing Production and Shipments by Batch

For multiple purchase orders, PackCCP used a tracking system covering sample status, production, packing, inspection, storage, and shipment batches. Each batch was checked for artwork, barcode, glue, structure, finish, quantity, and packing condition before release, giving the client better control over staggered deliveries.
