03 Accounts & Eligibility

• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is associated with fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

04 Inquiries, Orders & Quotations

Inquiries, design requests, or order information submitted through this website constitute only an expression of purchase intent and do not form a binding contract unless and until we confirm acceptance of the order in writing (including by email).

• Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the relevant quotation document; expired quotes may be revised due to raw material costs, exchange rates, or other factors.
• Minimum order quantities (موك), الفترات الزمنية, and sampling fees are governed by the final order confirmation agreed between the parties.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify any order prior to confirmation, including for reasons of production capacity, technical feasibility, or incomplete information.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, material descriptions, أبعاد, and color representations on this website are accurate. لكن, due to display settings, printing processes, and batch variation, actual products may differ slightly from what is shown online; such variance does not constitute a product defect.

For customized packaging (including structural design, printed artwork, ختم احباط, التصفيح, and similar processes), production will only proceed to mass production after the customer has signed off on a confirmed sample. Once approved, changes requested for reasons attributable to the customer may incur additional costs and delays.

For any brand marks, design files, or proprietary artwork provided by a customer, the customer warrants that it holds the necessary rights to that material and authorizes us to use it solely for fulfilling the relevant production order. The customer shall be responsible for any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

08 User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or rights-infringing information or materials;
• Use this website to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this website, including through the introduction of malicious code.

We manufacture products in accordance with the specifications, مواد, and process standards confirmed in the relevant order and provide reasonable quality assurance accordingly. If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receipt (excluding damage caused by shipping, تخزين, or improper handling), please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and batch information. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, rework, or exchange.

10 Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold PACKCCP and its employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.

12 Privacy

13 Governing Law & Disputes
