Challenges
Working with a major retail partner in the Philippines came with unique challenges:

Because the client’s products are sold through national drugstore chains, their pricing model leaves limited margins. Therefore, both sides needed to find a balance between design creativity and material efficiency to maintain profitability. - Compliance and Documentation Requirements:
The Philippine FDA imposes strict guidelines for product registration. Each new product required extensive documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for both finished products and raw materials.
