Custom Sample Selections that Suit Your Needs the Best

Structural Sample

Structural samples are blank, unprinted samples of your packaging. They’re the most ideal sample to test the size and structure of your packaging to ensure it works with your products.

Choose Structural Sample in These Cases

  1. I want to see the size of the box and see if my products are well fit in the box.
  2. My artwork is not ready yet. need to get a structural sample at the beginning.
  3. My budget is limited, design is simple, structural sample is enough for me to test the quality.

Digital Printing Sample

Digital Print Proofs are 2D printouts of your artwork in CMYK on production paper. it will allow you to see the color outcomes that are close to what they’l be in production. These proofs are printed with digital printers and are the perfect type of proof for checking artwork alianment and colors.

Choose Digital Printing Sample in These Cases

It is acceptable to get the sample to be everyting same as production, same paper, same size and same finishing but color will be slight difference than production color.

Remakes: digital printer and offset printing machine is different in printing way and ink. digital print is only work in CMYK, so if your artwork is CMYK, production color can match 70% to 80% of digital printing color (if you approve the sample in digital print), if your artwork is pantone color, we will correct it in production ,as dicital print doesn’t match well in pantone color

Pre-Production Sample

Pre-production samples are 1:1 versions of your packaging printed at our facilities. It is equal to completing a production run for a standard unit of packaging, making it the most costly sample kind. It is the best option if you need to examine the specific result of your packaging before placing an order.

Choose Production Sample Sample in These Cases

  1. I need to get the sample 1:1 same as production product , in correct size, finishing and color.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the structure of corrugated board affect its properties?
The structure of corrugated cardboard, including its corrugated shape (e.g., A flute, B flute, C flute, etc.) and number of plies (single corrugated, double corrugated, and triple corrugated), has a direct impact on its physical properties, such as compressive strength, moisture absorption, and breakage resistance. Different structures of corrugated board have different scope of application, and the appropriate corrugated structure should be selected according to specific needs
Compressive strength is usually tested by means of a compression tester, in which a cardboard sample is gradually pressurized in the device until the sample yields or breaks. The test results are usually expressed in kPa (kilopascals) or psi (pounds of force per square inch) and are used to evaluate the loading capacity of a carton during stacking or shipping.
Food packaging materials need to comply with relevant food safety standards. Food-grade paper is usually chosen to avoid coatings or adhesives that contain harmful chemicals. Commonly used food packaging papers include kraft paper, white cardboard and coated paper, all of which have been specially treated to avoid contamination of food.

Printing quality is affected by paper flatness, moisture absorption, surface smoothness, ink quality and printing process and other aspects. Selection of appropriate printing equipment and processes, reasonable control of the printing environment and paper storage conditions can significantly improve the quality of printing.

Comprehensively evaluate the reliability of paper packaging through laboratory tests (e.g. compressive strength, moisture absorption, impact resistance, etc.), feedback from actual use and long-term performance monitoring. Choosing certified and quality-assured suppliers also ensures packaging reliability.
Common standards and certifications include ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council certification), PEFC (Forest Certification Standard), etc. These certifications and standards ensure the quality and environmental performance of paper-based packaging.
Key technologies include pulp preparation, paper machine molding, pressing and drying, coating and gluing, corrugated board production, printing and die-cutting. The technical level of these links directly determines the performance and appearance quality of paper packaging.

Select paper and coatings that meet the standards for food contact materials, avoid the use of chemicals containing heavy metals and other hazardous substances, and strictly control the production environment and processes to ensure that paper packaging does not contaminate food during manufacture, storage and use.

Different corrugated shapes are selected according to the weight, shape and transportation conditions of the product. A flute is suitable for packaging heavy objects that require strong support, B flute is more suitable for packaging small commodities, C flute is suitable for a wide range of applications, taking into account both cushioning and support, and E and F flute are suitable for packaging high-end fine products.

We believe in experimentation supported with frequent rapid prototyping. As a team, we explore many different avenues before arriving at the right solution. We typically provide multiple concepts and work with clients to refine a single concept. Packaging is an extension of the product, so clients usually become an integral part of the process. Check out our Design page to learn more.

Our packaging production is all in China, the specific location depends on the different types of packaging.
